Facility Use

This form is for all those using Christian City Church for personal use or ministry related events. Upon receiving this form, we will contact you with room prices. If you have any questions about what the difference is between a ministry related event and personal event, or have questions regarding the process of using the Christian City Church facilities, please contact Jourdin Gregoire at jourdin@c3gv.com

Building Use Requirements

1. Whatever was set up must be taken down. All rooms must be returned to their normal state and any items brought from other areas must be returned to their proper place. If you have a set-up team and a clean-up team, make sure there is effective communication regarding where things belong. All areas will need to be thoroughly cleaned after use.

2. All items left behind that do not belong in the facility will be donated/disposed of. Please take proper care to make sure nothing that does not belong is left behind.

3. For all personal events, there will be a mandatory $200 cleaning/damage deposit. In order to get this deposit back, the cleaning checklist will need to be completed and the building inspected for damage and cleanliness. Once the building is inspected and approved by a C3 staff member, the deposit will be returned in full.

No items can be moved or unplugged from the stage unless arranged with Jeff Kitto.
